This 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom property is located at 5 Calle Cartagena, only steps from the beach club. It features an open-air inner courtyard that serves as the home's entry. Custom wood furnishings will be found throughout the common spaces of the kitchen, living room, and dining room, and the outside and inside are joined by wide windowed and curtained doors; this, as stated before, joins the open-air pool terrace with the residence. On the second story, there will be a sitting space where the Master bedroom and guest room may connect. Both of these rooms feature ensuite bathrooms, however only the Master has a balcony with a view of the ocean and Calle Cartagena.
